One man shot dead in firing in Jajpur for looting jewellery, three others critical

Jajpur: In a dacoity attempt at Panikoili in Jajpur in a jewellery shop, one man was shot dead while three others are critical.

According to information, four armed dacoits came in two bikes to loot the money while the employee was taking to deposit the money in bank. The robbers had already kept an eye on the Panda jewellery shop.

The deceased has been identified as Nilamadhab Panda. However, as the employee Sunil Ray screamed, locals rushed to the spot and nabbed two of the miscreants.
