One killed, six injured as car collides with parked truck in Kamareddy

Kamareddy: One person died and six others were seriously injured when their car rammed into a stationary truck on the national highway on the outskirts of Siddharameshwarnagar Village in Bikaner mandal of the district on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Shiva Kumar.

According to reports, the car was on its way from Hyderabad to Nirmal when the accident took place. It is learnt that the accident occurred after the driver lost control and rammed into the stationary truck. Locals pulled out the injured from the badly damaged car and rushed them to Kamareddy Government Regional Hospital for treatment. Shiva Kumar’s body was rushed to the hospital by the police, who have registered a case. Investigation is underway.
