On the first Navratri, the devotees arrived in the Shaktipeeths of Himachal to seek the blessings of the goddesses.

Trilokpur. The Chaitra Navratri fairs started from Wednesday in North India’s main Shakti Peeth Mata Bala Sundari Temple Trilokpur. Deputy Commissioner Ramkumar Gautam along with his family participated in the worship in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. During this, the Deputy Commissioner urged the people to fully cooperate with the administration and the police during the 15-day fair. Adequate security arrangements have been made in the fair and police home guards and more than 450 security forces around the temple have been deployed around the temple campus. Superintendent of Police Sirmour Raman Kumar Meena has called upon the cooperation of the devotees in maintaining law and order at the fair site.

Chaitra Navratri begins at Shaktipeeth Shri Jwalamukhi Temple with traditional flag hoisting ceremony

Volcano. Local MLA Sanjay Ratan started Chaitra month’s Navratras with traditional flag hoisting ceremony at the world famous Shaktipeeth Shri Jwalamukhi Temple and congratulated everyone. He said that with the blessings of Mother Jwalamukhi, there should be welfare of the world and all people should cooperate with each other with love, harmony and brotherhood. All administrative officers and employees were present on this occasion. The MLA instructed the administration officials that special care should be taken for the facilities of the devotees during Navratras and the law and order in the city should be tight so that the passengers do not face any problem here.

Mother Chintpurni Temple decorated like a bride, thousands of devotees took the blessings of Mother Goddess

Una. The Chaitra Navratri fair was inaugurated with great fanfare on the occasion of Varsha Pratipada on Wednesday at the famous Shaktipeeth Mata Chintpurni temple of North India. Mata’s temple is decorated like a bride for the fair. The Chaitra Navratri fair started early in the morning with the worship of Goddess Durga and Havan Yagya. Long queues of devotees had started forming since morning to have darshan of Mata. Thousands of devotees bowed their heads in the temple while having darshan of the holy Pindi of Mata. Strong preparations have been made by the temple trust and the district administration regarding the fair. At the same time, special care is also being taken for every facility of the devotees.

Flood of faith in Shri Chamunda Nandikeshwar Dham, beginning of Chaitra Navratri

Chaitra month’s Navratras started on Wednesday at the famous Shaktipeeth Shri Chamunda Nandikeshwar Dham. ADM Dharamshala Rohit Rathore and Temple Officer Giriraj Thakur started Navratri with Ganesh Pujan in the Yagyashala with duly worshipped. The Chamunda temple was decorated with fresh flowers. Devotees of the mother had lined up in the temple since morning for darshan. Temple officer Giriraj Thakur said that all arrangements have been made for the devotees. Apart from this, from the point of view of security, policemen are guarding every corner, additional CCTV cameras have been installed in the temple so that no untoward incident happens.

Long queues of devotees at Bhalei Mata Temple

On the occasion of the first Navratri, long queues of devotees were seen at the world famous Shaktipeeth Bhalei Mata Temple. During this, hundreds of devotees from Punjab and Jammu-Kashmir including Himachal had darshan of Mata. On this occasion, former Education Minister Asha Kumari also visited the mother by standing in line. Langar was also organized for the devotees in the temple on the occasion of Navratri earlier today.

Bhagirath Vishisht, the priest of Mata Bhimakali temple told that Durga recitation is being done in the temple on the auspicious occasion of Navratras. Along with this, Shatchandi Yagya is also being performed in the temple by Brahmins.

On the first day of Chaitra Navratri in Mata Shri Bajreshwari Devi temple, devotees from outside states and local got blessings by visiting the mother. As soon as the doors of the temple opened, the devotees were having darshan in long queues and shouting praises to the mother. On the first day of Chaitra Navratri, a huge crowd was seen in the temple. Adequate arrangements were made by the temple administration for the convenience of the devotees regarding Navratri, while the temple has been decorated with colorful flowers and lights. Temple officer Suresh Sharma told that on the first day of Navratri, a large number of devotees have bowed their heads to the mother. The police administration has also removed the goods put on the road by the shopkeepers on the temple road, so that the devotees do not face any problem. Station in-charge Vijay Kumar has instructed shopkeepers to remove goods from the road.
