Officers should listen to the public, action should be ensured: Chief Minister
Lucknow (IANS) | Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath listened to the problems of people coming from different parts of the state at his official residence on Wednesday and instructed the officials to solve them immediately. During this, he directed that the officers posted in the districts should listen seriously to the grievances of the people and ensure action on their complaints.
People from different districts of the state apprised the Chief Minister about their problems in Janta Darshan. People from Rae Bareli, Unnao, Bahraich, Sitapur and many other districts were included in this. The CM also listened to his words with full seriousness and ordered the officers to take action.
Many people who reached Janata Darshan appealed to the CM for government help regarding their treatment. CM Yogi also assured them for immediate relief. At the same time, there were some people who had reached with their complaint regarding the possession of the land. On this, CM Yogi gave instructions for immediate action. Similarly, on the complaint of criminal incidents, the CM instructed the District Magistrate to take the matter into cognizance and ensure action. Some people shared the problems related to the appointment with the CM, while some talked about their complaints not being heard by the officials in the districts. On this, CM Yogi said in a strict tone that the officers in all the districts should take the complaints of the people seriously and take immediate action. There were also some people who had come with complaints about loss of family members. The Chief Minister listened to everyone one by one. Assured all the people that do not get upset, effective action will be taken in every case.
