On the land acquisition issue, the collector told PWD officer SDO Vignesh Kumar to take forward the process for land acquisition compensation to all landowners whose land compensation case is made. The collector said that it is mandatory to provide compensation to any affected person, otherwise the affected person will apply to the concerned institution, office, hence resolve the issue quickly. During the meeting, S.K. Tandon, who has taken over as joint collector in the district, introduced himself to all departmental officers. Project Director Panchayat Harishankar Chauhan, SDM Dr. Snigdha Tiwari, CMHO Dr. F.R. Nirala and all the in-charge officers of the district were present in the meeting.
