Officer and driver presented in CBI court

Raipur. CBI presented two accused including Central GST Superintendent arrested in bribery case in court today after their remand ended. Where the problems of both the accused may increase. Both the accused can be sent to jail on judicial remand.

According to sources, CBI team has completed interrogation of both the accused during police remand. Now further action will be taken on the basis of information received in interrogation. There is a preparation to send the accused directly to judicial remand instead of taking them on remand.

Let us tell you that CBI caught CGST driver Vinay Rai red handed while taking a bribe of 4 lakhs on 31st January at around 4 pm. Based on the information received from him, Bharat Singh was arrested by raiding the CGST office. On 1st January, both the accused were produced in court and taken on 5 day remand.
