Odisha: A 39-year-old man attempted to set himself on fire in front of his girlfriend’s house in Ganjam district today.

The incident occurred in Haridapadar village, under the Kotinada police station area of ​​Ganjam.

According to reports, married Sunil Nahak had an illicit relationship with a woman from Haridapadar about 10 years ago. Nahak’s relationship with the married woman had recently soured.

According to villagers, Nahak approached the woman’s house today and set himself on fire by pouring petrol on himself. Reports indicate that he suffered severe burns in the incident and was taken to a hospital in Aska in critical condition.
