Nyom Tapo FC win Khach Super League soccer tourney

Nyom Tapo FC won the 4th edition of the Khach Super League, 2023 football tournament after defeating Morm Gabv FC by a solitary goal here in Lower Subansiri district on Tuesday.

Neelam Akam (of Hirr Lwpw FC) scored the highest number of goals (six) in the tournament, while Neelam Togum was adjudged the best goalkeeper, Heri Khokam was adjudged the best player, and Neelam Tekhi won the ’emerging player’ title.

The final match was witnessed by, among others, Yachuli RWD SE Toko Ottu, Deed PWD AE Tacha Licha Teil, and Civil Secretary Supervisor Neelam Tallar.

The tournament had been kicked off on 27 December last year.
