Nursing class strike ends, all employees returned to duty

As per the instructions of Additional Collector Haresh Mandavi discussed their demands with the union representatives of the striking employees of the hospital nursing class in the hospital conference room. After the discussion, while assuring that meaningful initiatives will be taken to remove the shortage of nursing cadre employees, talked about quick redressal. Due to which the employees of the union announced the end of the strike. After the end of the strike, all the nursing staff returned to their work and attended the wards for the treatment of the patients, due to which the operation of the hospital is running smoothly. Additional Collector Mr. Haresh Mandavi, on behalf of the district administration, Dr. Kamlesh Dhruv, in-charge dean of the medical college, Dr. Anuj Sahu, hospital superintendent and other doctors were present in the said meeting.

On the call of Chhattisgarh Nurses Employees Welfare Association, Chhattisgarh Camp Office, Hospital Complex, Dimrapal, Jagdalpur, Shaheed Mahendra Karma Memorial Hospital, Dimrapal, Jagdalpur, District Bastar, for an indefinite period from June 21, 2023, to remove the shortage of staff nurses in the staff hospital of regular nursing cadre.
