In which rape was confirmed and the same special prosecutor said that, with the help of police and various evidence collected on medical basis, it was confirmed that Saruk had committed the rape.

Let us tell you that the main evidence collected from all sources was presented in the court and a strong argument was made. On the basis of which, the court of Additional Sessions Judge Narendra Pal on Monday convicted the accused Saruk and along with awarding him ten years imprisonment, also ordered him to pay a fine of Rs 20,000. In case of non-payment of fine, the convict will have to spend 6 months in jail as additional punishment.
