Notice to remove illegal encroachment, CMO gave 3 days time

Bemetra. Officials are on action mode as soon as the government changes. Navagarh CMO has sent a notice to remove illegal encroachment on government land and has also given 3 days time to remove encroachment. This entire matter pertains to Navagarh Nagar Panchayat of Bemetara district.

Where due to political pressure the morale of the encroachers was high. But as soon as the government changed in the state, there was a stir and now the officials are in action mode.

Where Bemetara Anganwadi Workers Union District President Vidya Jain, showing dominance of her position, has placed the building on government land. Even before its removal a notice was issued. Where due to political patronage, the encroachers’ morale is high and they are avoiding action.

But again Nagar Panchayat CMO TR Chauhan has issued a notice to remove encroachment within 3 days. In case the encroachment is not removed, the Nagar Panchayat CMO has said that strict action will be taken under the Municipality Act.
