Notice issued to 16 illegal developers and 19 illegal builders
Baloda Bazaar. Under Section 36/37 of Chhattisgarh Town and Village Investment Act, 1973, notices have been issued to 19 people against illegal plotting done by 16 land owners against the rules and illegal construction done without taking development permission and a reply has been sought within the stipulated time limit. According to the information received from the Town and Village Investment Department, illegal plotting done against the rules includes illegal developer Harshit from Kasdol under Kasdol investment area, Kalyan Swaroop Arogya Hospital Balodabazar, Haris Kumar, Laxmichand, Subhash Band, Mukesh Kumar Mishra, Chandrabhushan, Pranavesh, Arun, Siddharth, Ritwik, Jaya, Kabir Khan, Ukesh, Lalit Lavan, Suresh Kumar and illegal developer Atri Sharma father from Simga and illegal developer Ramesh Kumar Lalwani from village Hathband of Hathband investment area. Similarly, illegal builders in Kasdol investment area include Bolesh, Radheshyam, Ananya, Badri Prasad, Vedprakash, America Bai, Ramkumar, Sushila, Kiran Devi, Yogesh, Neeta, Anju Sahu, Hrithik, Yogita, Sanjay, Rameshwar, Satnarayan, Sanjay Suman, Surendra Kumar. Notice has been issued against illegal construction and plotting done without taking development permission in violation of rules and reply has been sought within the prescribed time limit. In case of not receiving reply within the time limit or if the reply is not satisfactory, action will be taken as per rules.
