Nothing can be achieved with an uncontrolled crowd: Udhayanidhi Stalin

Tamil Nadu: DMK Youth League Secretary and Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin said that if a crore young people gather without any control, it will not benefit anyone; nothing can be achieved with an uncontrolled crowd.

He made these remarks while presiding over the DMK Youth North Zone Conference held in Tiruvannamalai on Sunday:

While many parties are struggling to gain membership, the DMK has appointed young people at the polling station level and held a regional conference with executives from 91 assembly constituencies.

Today, a conference doesn’t mean gathering hundreds, if not millions, of young people. It’s not unusual for us to gather here like this, as we are holding a conference of DMK Youth Wing executives. This is a policy meeting that will put an end to the false claims of our enemies.

Generally, there is an image that crowds of young people are uncontrollable; there is no control. But the DMK youth are not like that. The crowd gathered here is proof that they are very disciplined.

Even if not one lakh, but one crore young people gather without control, it will not benefit anyone.

Nothing can be achieved with an uncontrolled crowd. But it can be said with certainty that this controlled crowd here will be a strength not only for the DMK but for all of Tamil Nadu.

The DMK youth have never backed down from the battlefield. They have never surrendered to anyone’s dominance. They have never compromised their self-respect.

Some people are threatening the DMK today. Speaking at the Bihar victory celebration, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that we have won in Bihar and the next target is Tamil Nadu. No matter how much you taunt or threaten, the black and red youth army will always be ready to face it on the battlefield.

The DMK has always been at the forefront of the fight to save Tamil Nadu. The enemies have changed in this battlefield, but the DMK remains just as strong. As the Chief Minister says, Tamil Nadu has always been beyond the control of Delhi. The DMK is not a movement created to gain and retain power. It is a movement launched to protect Tamil Nadu and the Tamil people. A movement forged in the fires of MISA (Maintenance of Internal Security Act). A movement that fought and won the language war. A movement that ended oppression. If you look at such a DMK and think you can intimidate it from Gujarat, that won’t even happen in your dreams. As long as the DMK and its youth wing exist, they won’t be able to touch Tamil Nadu.

Tamil Nadu has its own unique identity. The fire of Periyar’s ideology surrounds Tamil Nadu like a protective shield. Anna and Karunanidhi are protecting Tamil Nadu with their ideals. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu is like the reins that control an elephant.

The BJP is trying to infiltrate Tamil Nadu by colluding with everyone, including the CBI, Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax Department, and Election Commission. AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami has entered the electoral arena by trusting such a BJP. But we stand with the people. The people are with us.

Today, the AIADMK is a car without an engine. A truck called the BJP is somehow trying to pull this engineless car. Edappadi Palaniswami must first save the AIADMK. Because many people are leaving the party. But without worrying about this, he thinks he is the permanent General Secretary.

The government in Tamil Nadu is a government that protects social justice, equality, and women’s rights. It is our responsibility to bring this government back to power.

Udhayanidhi Stalin said that the victory we achieve in the upcoming assembly elections should be a resounding victory.
