New Additional SP Akash Markam took charge

Raigarh. New Additional SP Akash Markam has taken charge as Additional SP Raigarh today. Akash Markam is a 2013 batch police officer of the State Police Service, before which Markam was working as Additional Superintendent of Police, Sukma. On March 6, 2024, a new posting/transfer order of State Police Service officers has been issued from Chhattisgarh Government Home (Police) Department Ministry, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar.

Under the order, Sanjay Mahadeva, outgoing Additional Superintendent of Police, District Raigarh, has been appointed as Additional Superintendent of Police, Camp Dhadoi, District Narayanpur and Akash Markam, Additional Superintendent of Police, District Sukma has been appointed as Additional Superintendent of Police, District Raigarh. In compliance with the posting order, Akash Markam took charge today and paid a courtesy visit to the administrative and district police officers of the district, took information about the geographical situation and law and order of the district and by holding a meeting with the subordinate office staff, they were motivated to do better work.
