Naxalites are no longer safe in Chhattisgarh: CM Sai
Raipur. At the time of 2018 assembly elections, the Congress Party had released a populist public manifesto. In which there were 36 promises, he got full time to run the government but could not fulfill even a single promise. Also, in 5 years, Congress Party had made Chhattisgarh a den of crime and corruption. It had lost the trust of the public by committing many scams like scam in coal, sand, liquor, DMF amount etc. All the workers of Bharatiya Janata Party worked unitedly on the call of top and state leadership due to which we got good success.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said the above things in an interview. He said that till 6 months before the assembly elections, it seemed that the Congress government would be repeated. But with the blessings of the top leadership of our party, the continuous stay of the Honorable Prime Minister, Home Minister, National President and all the Union Ministers remained in Chhattisgarh. At the same time, public confidence in BJP and the country’s successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi has increased a lot. Due to which we won the elections.
On the question of winning all the seats in the state, Shri Sai said that in the first two elections, we have won 10-10 out of 11 seats. Had come to 15 seats in the last assembly elections. But after 5-6 months, when Lok Sabha elections were held, BJP won 9 out of 11 seats and 65 assembly seats. This time, the public has the evaluation of the work of the respected Prime Minister in the last 10 years and in the last three months, our Chhattisgarh government has done great things to guarantee Modi.
18 lakh Prime Minister’s houses have been approved, Rs 3716 crore has been given to more than 12 lakh farmers as outstanding bonus of more than 2 years, 21 quintal of paddy has been purchased per acre and the price of paddy has been received at Rs 3100 per quintal and 24 lakh 72 thousand rupees have been given. More farmers have been given a difference amount of Rs 13320 crore. We have done the work of giving the installment of Rs 1000 for 2 months to our married mothers and sisters under Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Will give them the installment in the first week of every month. Ramlala Darshan Scheme has also been started.
In tribal dominated divisions like Bastar-Surguja, tendu leaves are a major source of income. The government has ordered to increase the purchase price from Rs 4000 to Rs 5500 per standard bag and all this work is being done under Modi’s guarantee. Whose impact is on the public. For this reason, I can say with full confidence that this time Bharatiya Janata Party will win 11 out of 11 seats in Chhattisgarh and the record will be broken.
Talking about the huge success achieved against Naxalites, CM Sai said that the credit for this goes to the double engine government. Under which we have been able to fight strongly and have also received a lot of support from the Centre. The Prime Minister and the Home Minister have pledged to end Naxalism. The people of the state have seen that in the last 3 months, Naxalites are continuously being killed and are also surrendering and our soldiers are getting great success.
In response to a question, Vishnu Dev Sai said that today people’s confidence in BJP and Modi ji has increased in the entire country. Earlier it was Congress versus all, today it is BJP versus all. This is our achievement. In true sense, there is democracy in BJP, there is respect for the workers. The officers change every 3 years. A person from a small village like us, a farmer’s son can become the Chief Minister, a tea seller’s son can become the Prime Minister of the country. All these are possible only in Bharatiya Janata Party.
He said that people of all other parties are scared of BJP. All of them have committed corruption and they feel that if BJP comes to government again, they will be jailed instead of all these people. This is the reason why there is neither coordination in their views nor any connection at the ground level. Despite this, all of them together want to show down only BJP and Modi ji. But he will never succeed in this plan.
On the question of him calling the FIR against former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel wrong, the Chief Minister said that only he knows now, the agencies are investigating. Further, if he is found guilty then the law is equal for everyone whether he is a former Chief Minister or a common man. If the allegations are proved then you will have to go to jail.
On the question of scamsters going to jail, Shri Sai said that in the last five years a lot of corruption has taken place including liquor, coal, DMF fund. An FIR has also been filed against the former Chief Minister who is accused of taking protection money in Mahadev App. Everyone is being continuously investigated. CBI has also started investigation into PSC scam and Biranpur murder case and whoever is found guilty will not be spared.
On the question of unrestrained statements by Congress leaders on PM Modi, CM Sai said that Congress has become issue-less. The defeat is clearly visible to them. Therefore, they are saying things which they should not say. Congress leaders are talking nonsense against a person like the Prime Minister. But only we will benefit from this because the people of the country do not accept all this.
Vishnu Dev Sai said that being polite and ruling strictly are two different things. It does not mean that the government is polite in the same way.
