Navratri will begin a new chapter of self-reliant India: PM Modi

Raipur/Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on Sunday. In his address, he mentioned Navratri and GST 2.0. He said that GST 2.0 will be implemented on the first day of Navratri. On Monday, major changes will be seen in the lives of ordinary people.

Addressing the nation, PM Modi said, “Navratri, the festival of worshipping Shakti, begins on Monday. I extend my best wishes to all of you. From the first day of Navratri, the country will take a major step towards the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. On the first day of Navratri, September 22nd, at sunrise, the Next Generation GST reforms will come into effect.” He further said, “This festive season will bring sweetness to everyone. The GST Savings Festival begins tomorrow across the country. This GST Savings Festival will increase your savings and allow you to purchase the things you want more easily. The poor, middle-class, youth, farmers, women, shopkeepers, traders, and entrepreneurs of our country will benefit greatly from this Savings Festival. This means everyone will have a sweet heart during this festive season. This Savings Festival is for all sections of society, so that everyone can benefit financially. From tomorrow, major changes will be seen in the lives of ordinary people.”

PM Modi said, “These reforms will boost India’s growth rate, improve ease of doing business, attract more investment and ensure that all states become equal partners in the country’s development.” In his address, the Prime Minister said, “I extend my heartiest congratulations and best wishes to crores of families across the country on the Next Generation GST reforms and this Savings Festival. These reforms will accelerate India’s growth story, make business easier and make every state an equal partner in the race for development.”
