National Lok Adalat on 13th July

Mahasamund. Mahasamund. District Legal Services Authority Mahasamund Secretary Damodar Prasad Chandra informed that as per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority New Delhi, National Lok Adalat is being organized in the entire country on Saturday, 13th July 2024. National Lok Adalat is an effective step towards reducing the large number of pending cases in the courts and providing quick and accessible justice to the affected parties. For which various cases and pre-litigation will be resolved by forming benches for National Lok Adalat by District Legal Services Authority Mahasamund under District Court Mahasamund.

Through Lok Adalat, criminal cases which are negotiable in the court, Section. 138, Negotiable Instruments Act Motor Accident Claim Cases, Bank Recovery Cases, Civil Cases, Execution Cases, Electricity Related Matters and Family Disputes are resolved. Apart from this, pre-litigation cases related to recovery pending cases in Revenue, Banks, Electricity Department, Telecom Department, Municipal Council will be presented in District Legal Services Authority. After due registration, the cases of concerned parties will be resolved in Lok Adalat Division Bench. In this way, parties can get their judicial cases resolved through Lok Adalat. District Legal Services Authority Mahasamund has appealed to the parties to make National Lok Adalat a success by attending in maximum numbers.
