Must try Steamed Kothimbir Vadi

2 cups green coriander and 4 green chilies (both finely chopped)
1 cup gram flour
1/4-1/4 cup wheat flour and peanuts (roasted and coarsely ground)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder and garam masala powder
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1-1 tsp red chili powder and sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp lukewarm oil
water as required
salt to taste
Method
Make a thick batter by mixing all the ingredients.
Spread gram flour batter on a greased plate and steam it for 15 minutes.
After cooling, cut the vadi into square pieces.
Serve with green chutney.
