Method to make Kesari (Semolina Pudding): 1. Make thick sugar syrup from the given ingredients. 2. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan. 3. Fry the cashews golden in it. 4. Then add raisins to it. . Now put semolina in it and fry it till it turns light brown. 5. Now add sugar syrup and cook until the water dries up. 6. After this add condensed milk and keep stirring continuously until ghee starts appearing on the sides of the pan. 7. Spread on a greased plate and garnish with nuts. 8.
