Ingredients of Paneer Achari 1/2 kg paneer (cubed) 100 ml (ml.) oil 4 tsp fennel seeds 2 tsp black mustard seeds 1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste 2 tsp cumin seeds 4 onions , grated 8 green chillies , chopped 2 tsp turmeric 3 tsp ginger paste 200 ml (ml) whisked curd 3 tsp dry mango powder 2 tsp Kashmiri chili 2 tsp sugar
How to Make Paneer Pickle

  1. Heat oil and fry after adding fennel, fenugreek, fennel and cumin. 2. After 15-20 seconds add onion and green chillies. Stir and fry until golden. 3. Now add turmeric powder, garlic and ginger paste to it, then fry for a minute. 4. Add mango powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt to the curd. Cook the spices till the oil separates. 5. Add paneer with about 150 ml of water. Cook it for some time and serve hot.
