Murderous attack on mother and daughter after entering their house, three accused arrested
Raipur. Last night in the capital, the victim Firoza Bano lodged a report that she had previously had a fight with Dilkash Ali, who lives in the neighbourhood. Due to this rivalry, the applicant was washing utensils in front of her house around 06.10 pm on 11th January. At the same time, Tabiz, Dilkash, Sahil and others came and were abusing obscenely. If they refused, they threatened to kill and beat them with fists. Mother and daughter got injured when they intervened in the fight and husband Ali Hasan was stabbed in his right thigh with a sharp object by the accused.
On which, based on the report of the applicant, crime number 28/24 was registered in the Civil Lines Police Station and taken up for investigation. Taking the incident seriously, senior officers directed the Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit in-charge and the Civil Line in-charge of the police station to trace the accused and take necessary action. On which, while interrogating the joint team of Anti Crime and Cyber Unit and Police Station Civil Lines, the accused involved in the case, Dilkash Ali, Tabeez Ali and Sahil Ali were arrested and the knife used in the incident was seized from their possession and Section 294,323,506 was registered against the accused. 34 Bhadvi. And advance action has been taken under 25, 27 Arms Act.
