Murder over trivial matter in Raipur, 9 arrested
Raipur: A surprising case has come to light from Raipur. Where on 15.11.2023 the foreign liquor shop located at Police Station Mandir Hasaud, CBD. Near Building Nayaraipur, the deceased Gaukaran Yadav was admitted to Mekahara Hospital for treatment by his friend due to a fight and fight with people with his hand, fist and stick. Deceased Gaukaran Yadav died during treatment on 19.11.2023. On which a case was registered in the police station Mandir Hasaud.
During the investigation proceedings, the post mortem report of the dead body was obtained by the police team of Mandir Hasaud police station. In which the doctor declared death to be due to serious injury due to assault. Meanwhile, the team of Police Station Mandir Hasaud received information that on 15.11.2023, some people seriously assaulted the deceased Gaukaran Yadav with hand, fist and stick for asking him to take liquor at the foreign liquor shop CBD Building, Naya Raipur located in Police Station Mandir Hasaud. He was seriously injured in which he suffered internal injuries for which initial treatment was given. After a few days, deceased Gaukaran Yadav was again admitted to the hospital for treatment due to internal injuries and he died during treatment. On which crime number 03/24 section 147, 148, 323, 302 Bhadvi has been registered against the accused in Police Station Mandir Hasaud. The crime of was registered.
Taking the above incident seriously, the senior officers directed police station in-charge Mandir Hassaud to trace and arrest the accused as soon as possible. On which, under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Mandir Hasaud, the team of police station Mandir Hasaud, while locating the accused involved in the incident, conducted raids in every possible place of their hiding and arrested the accused in the case, Sunil Pal, Harish Yadav, Saheb. Das Manikpuri, Jai Prakash Pal, Deepak Das Manikpuri, Aditya Raj Kandra, Harish Dhivar and 02 children who were in conflict with the law were caught. On strict questioning, he was revealed to have committed the above incident.
On which all the accused/criminals were arrested and the stick, shoes and slippers used in the incident were seized from their possession and action was taken against them.

- Saheb Das Manikpuri, father Naresh Das Manikpuri, age 18 years, resident of Thana Mandir Hasaud, District Raipur.
- Jai Prakash Pal, father Mahendra Pal, age 19 years, resident of Thana Mandir Hasaud, District Raipur.
- Deepak Manikpuri, father Suresh Manikpuri, age 21 years, resident of Thana Mandir Hasaud, District Raipur.
- Aditya Kandra, father Vinod Kandra, age 19 years, resident of Thana Mandir Hasaud, District Raipur.
- Harish Dhiwar, father Santosh Dhiwar, age 20 years, resident of Kuhera police station Rakhi district Raipur.
- 02 children in conflict with the law.
