Murder in Raipur for taking liquor bottle, murderer youth arrested

Raipur. Avinash Baghel, the accused who committed the murder over a trivial matter, has been arrested. On December 31, Sushil Bhojwani and Avinash Baghel, residents of Kalinga Nagar Gudhiyari, were buying liquor in the country liquor shop located at Ganjpara, when during this time both of them started fighting with each other over the issue of buying a liquor bottle, when Avinash Baghel picked up a brick lying nearby. He picked up the brick and hit Sushil Bhojwani on his head and chest, causing serious injuries and ran away. On which Sushil Bhojwani was admitted to the hospital for treatment, where during the treatment, Sushil Bhojwani’s father Mohan Lal Bhojwani, aged 42 years, resident of Kalinganagar Gudhiyari Raipur died, that on investigation, crime number 06 was registered against the accused Avinash Baghel in Police Station Ganj. /24 Section 302 IPC. Under the direction of senior police officers, the joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Police Station Ganj, while making detailed inquiries of other persons present at the spot including the employees working in the liquor shop and the family members of the deceased in connection with the incident, identified the accused Avinash Baghel. Accused Avinash Baghel was caught by conducting continuous raids in every possible place of his hiding place. During interrogation, the accused admitted to committing the said incident of murder. Accused Avinash Baghel was arrested and action was taken against the accused by seizing the aljarab used in the incident from his possession.
