Murder attempt on KSRTC driver for questioning parking of auto in depot

MALAPPPURAM: There was an attempt to stab a KSRTC driver to death. The incident happened Monday at Perinthalmanna KSRTC depot in Malappuram. The attack was on Sunil, the driver of the bus, going to Ernakulam.

When Sunil came to take the bus in the morning, the auto was parked behind it. The auto belongs to Abdul Rasheed. The driver asked him to shift the auto from there.
This angered Abdul Rasheed. He immediately took the knife kept in the auto and tried to stab Sunil. He could not stab Sunil as he caught the hands of Rasheed. The other KSRTC employees reached the spot and handed him over to the police. The police informed that charges including murder attempt have been imposed against Abdul Rasheed.
