Mumbai Howrah Mail was threatened with a bomb blast after the flight, investigation agencies on alert mode

Mumbai: On Monday, a threat was given to blast the Mumbai Howrah Mail. Investigation agencies came on alert mode and they started a search operation in the entire train. The threat of blast was given on social media platform ‘X’.

Threat of blast after Nashik was given through timer in the social media post. In the ‘X’ post, abusive words have been used for Maharashtra Police. After the bomb blast incident, Mumbai Howrah Mail was stopped and searched at Jalgaon at 4 am on Monday. After about two hours of intensive investigation, the security personnel did not find anything suspicious, so the threat of bomb was proved to be just a rumour.

Threat to blow up the train was given through an account named Fazluddin. It read, “Hey Hindustani Railways, will you cry tears of blood this morning? Today, you people have placed bombs in the flight as well as in train 12809. There will be a big blast before reaching Nashik.” Let us tell you that earlier, the Air India plane going from Mumbai to New York also received a bomb threat. After this, the plane was diverted to Delhi. At present, the search is going on.

After which the plane was landed at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. Police and security agencies are thoroughly investigating the flight. Information regarding this has been provided by Delhi Police. It has been said, an Air India plane going from Mumbai to New York was diverted to Delhi in view of the bomb threat in the flight. The plane is currently parked at IGI Airport and all standard security protocols are being followed to ensure the safety of the passengers and crew on board.

According to the information, the Air India plane took off from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai at 2 am late night. The plane was going to New York. The flight had just taken off when it received a bomb threat, after which it was diverted to Delhi.
