When a 16 year old minor living here was leaving her old house and going to another house, she met Chhotu Otti, a young man from the same village, on the way. He coaxed the minor and made him sit on the bike with him, asking her to drop him home and took him towards the forest. Despite the victim protesting on the way, the accused raped the minor in the forest. According to the victim, the accused did not listen to her and threatened her and took her to his house where he held her hostage for two days and raped her.
The accused youth and his mother together beat the victim severely. When he becomes unconscious, consider him dead and throw him in a pond in a nearby village. Here the villagers saw the minor in an unconscious state and informed his family members, after which he was admitted to the district hospital for treatment. The treatment of the victim is continuing here.
According to the information, the condition of the victim is better than before. A case of missing minor was registered in Pendra police station, after which, based on the statement of the victim and her family members, a crime under section 376 of POCSO Act was registered against the accused and the accused Pratap Singh Otti was arrested in the case. The mother of the rapist youth has also been made an accused in the case and efforts are being made to arrest her. He will be arrested soon.
