More than 5 thousand challans issued for violating traffic rules

To keep the traffic system of Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar strong and smooth, the traffic police, under the supervision of Assistant Police Commissioner Traffic I, took action against those violating traffic rules in Atta Chowk, Sector-18, Sector-125 and Sector 126 on 28 February. . During this period, challans were issued for more than five thousand vehicles. During the operation, 25 vehicles were towed and 19 vehicles were seized. E-challan action was taken against 5429 vehicles. It is noteworthy that in Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar, drivers are being made aware to follow traffic rules and avoid road accidents at DND Toll, Mahamaya Flyover and Jewar Toll Plaza.
