IIT: After completing an engineering degree, most people dream of studying at the Indian Institute of Technology. But to fulfill this dream, candidates have to pass the GATE exam. It is impossible to get a master’s degree in IIT without passing this exam. But now you can study in IIT even without GATE. IIT Guwahati and E & ICT Academy have launched new professional certification programs in Data Analytics and Generative AI in collaboration with Simplilearn. The programs will be available online. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the new certification programs through the official website simplilearn.com before July 21. This course is designed to meet the growing demand for trained professionals in the field of data analysis and other technologies. The admission fee for the Generative AI for Data Analytics program at IIT Guwahati and E & ICT Academy is Rs 1,19,900 (inclusive of taxes and all applicable program fees).
Candidates will be exposed to live online classes from industry experts and interactive masterclasses conducted by IIT Guwahati professors and IBM experts, 25+ practical projects, IIT Guwahati campus immersions, hackathons and question sessions hosted by IBM. Additionally, the program covers concepts such as Excel, SQL, programming fundamentals, mathematical and statistical computing, data visualization using Tableau, generative AI, rapid engineering and more. Additionally, the candidate will get executive alumina status from IIT Guwahati and E&ICT and access to Simplilearn’s JobAssist service. Anand Narayanan, Chief Product Officer, Simplilearn, said that the job market is witnessing a significant increase in the demand for skilled professionals in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence. According to McKinsey, the demand for professionals in these fields is growing at a rate of 50 per cent annually, indicating a significant need for qualified talent. Who is eligible?
Applicants must be college graduates.
They must have at least 50 per cent marks in their graduation certificate.
Previous work experience is not mandatory but recommended.
Applicants with no specific programming or technology experience can also apply.
According to the official statement, the programme is designed to accommodate applicants from various educational backgrounds and equip them with skills in data analytics and generative artificial intelligence.
