Mobile tower burnt again, Naxalites called for Bharat Bandh tomorrow

Bijapur. Before the bandh on Friday 22nd December, Naxalites created ruckus in Bijapur district and set a mobile tower on fire.

According to information received from sources, Naxalites have set on fire a mobile tower installed in Somanpalli, about 8 km away from village Madded in Bijapur district, on the intervening night of Wednesday-Thursday. Besides, posters and pamphlets have also been thrown here regarding the bandh on 22nd December. Let it be known that Naxalites have called for Bharat Bandh on 22 December. Till the time of writing the news, official confirmation of the incident could not be made.
