Dehradun: A minister’s husband has made controversial remarks. He said that Bihar girls are available for marriage for Rs. 20,000. This video clip has gone viral. Criticism has been pouring in in this context. BJP Minister Rekha Arya from Uttarakhand is the state’s Women and Child Welfare Minister. Her husband Giridhari Lal Sahu was speaking at an event in Almora. On this occasion, he made controversial remarks. ‘Will you get married in your old age? If you cannot get married, we will bring a girl from Bihar for you. We can bring girls from there for Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000.’
