Minister resigns in Himachal Pradesh, Sukhu government in danger
Himachal Pradesh: Virbhadra Singh’s son Vikramaditya Singh has resigned from the Sukhu government. He said that I have informed Priyanka Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge about this. He said that sometimes tough decisions have to be taken and considering the current situation, I cannot remain in this government. Vikramaditya Singh said that we have always respected the Congress high command and respected Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, but the complaints of the MLAs were not resolved, it is the result of the MLAs’ ignorance that we lost the Rajya Sabha elections. He said that my loyalty is with the party, that is why I am speaking openly.
The six Congress MLAs who had cross-voted in the Himachal Pradesh Rajya Sabha elections and cast their vote for BJP candidate Harsh Mahajan. Those MLAs were appointed by BJP in Panchkula, Haryana, now they have left for Shimla to participate in the assembly proceedings.
