Mines employee committed suicide
Balod. Lakheshwar Patel, a mine contract worker, committed suicide in Dallirajhara area of the district. The deceased hanged himself in the No. 3 mine area of Dalli Mines. On receiving information about the incident, the Dallirajhara police station reached the spot and started action. At present, the cause of death has not been ascertained yet.
The incident of Lakheshwar Patel’s suicide came to light when his fellow workers found him hanging. The police is currently investigating the matter to find out the reasons for the suicide. No suspicious activities have been confirmed in the preliminary investigation, but the police are investigating keeping all possibilities in mind.
The police say that the investigation into the cause of death is ongoing, the post-mortem report is awaited. Here, after the suicide of the mine contract worker, there is a sensation among fellow workers and local residents.
