Migrant falls from tractor, dies painfully

Amb. A migrant has died in a road accident on Bhanjal main road under sub-division area Amb. The deceased has been identified as Raju Kumar Sahni, 28, son of Ram Ashish, resident of Bihar. According to the information, complainant Krishna Kumar Sahni, district Darbhanga, Bihar, aged 28 years, said that he works as a laborer. If there is any labor or permanent work in the area, the local people take them on daily wages and leave them in the evening. Similarly, on last Thursday, contractor Manohar Lal, resident of Ward-9 Chalate, about 15 laborers along with the lantel pouring machine on his tractor had gone to Siddh Chalah to pour lantal.

After completion of the lantal work in the evening, some people returned to their homes. But he and Raju were returning on a tractor. The tractor was being driven by contractor Manohar Lal, when at around 8 o’clock he was on the link road, about 50 meters behind the Bhanjal main road, Raju Kumar fell down from the tractor due to a jump. Who suffered a lot of injuries due to the fall. First he and the contractor took him to a private doctor in Mubarikpur for treatment. Then when they were going to Daulatpur hospital, Raju Ram died on the way. The complainant said that this accident occurred due to careless driving of the tractor by contractor Manohar Lal. In this regard, legal action should be taken against the police accused. At the same time, SHO Gaurav Bhardwaj said that a case has been registered against contractor Manohar Lal in this regard and further action has been started.
