MEIL receives 10 million safe man-hours certificate

Vijayawada: Officials of Andhra Pradesh Generation Corporation (APGENCO) have congratulated Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Limited (MEIL) for successfully completing one crore hours of work while adhering to international safety standards to ensure the safety of workers. Hours certificate provided. Polavaram Hydro Electric Power Plant (PHEP) on Wednesday.

MEIL received this certificate for the accident-free work carried out at PHEP from March 1, 2020 to January 4, 2024. Earlier, MEIL was also awarded a four million safe man-hour certificate from the Department of Water Resources for PHP’s hill excavation operations. From 1 March 2020 to 9 March 2022.

APGENCO superintending engineer (civil) D Baburao, civil construction executive engineers Suryanarayana, C Hanuma, executive engineer Y Bhimadhan Rao, MEIL PHEP general manager P Shankar and others were present.
