Meeting of operators of fair price shops held by SDM Surajpur

Surajpur: Today, under the direction of Collector Rohit Vyas, Sub-Divisional Officer Laxman Tiwari (IAS) Surajpur held a meeting with shop operators regarding the recovery of ration items found lacking in fair price shops.

In the meeting, instructions were given to the concerned shopkeeper to compensate for the shortage of ration by January 31. In case of non-payment of compensation, instructions were given to recover land revenue arrears by attachment as per rules. Besides, instructions were also given to complete the ration card renewal within the stipulated time.
