Maulvi made boy a victim of lust, got this punishment

Kota: The POCSO court has sentenced a Maulvi, who raped a minor boy in Kota, Rajasthan, to jail till his last breath. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 21 thousand on accused Maulvi Naseem Khan. While delivering the verdict, the judge also expressed his feelings by writing a poem. The judge said that by hanging the culprit would not be able to atone for his sins. Actually, this is the case of 22 October 2023. The uncle of the victim boy had lodged a complaint with the police at Buddadit police station in Kota rural. In which it was told that since the death of the boy’s father, he has been keeping him with him and teaching him. On October 22, the boy came home crying. He told that he had gone to the Maulvi in the mosque to study Arabic. There Maulvi Naseem Khan taught her for a while, then took her to the room and did wrong things with her and even threatened to kill her if she told anyone. After complaining about the incident, the police registered the case and arrested the accused Maulvi after investigation. The judge wrote a poem while sentencing the accused Maulvi. The judge expressed his feelings for the victim boy through a poem in his order: – ‘My little innocent angel, you are innocent, your smile is the only thing that matters. The light of Allah resides in your face, you erase the bitter memories from your mind, we have sent your culprit behind the bars for life, now you live this life playing swan, the tears flowing from your eyes are not your home. Will be able to see…’ Along with this, the judge said that by hanging the accused, he will not be able to atone for his sins. Why not hanged? Advocate Lalit Kumar Sharma said that in this case the police completed the investigation in 14 days and presented the challan in the court. During this period 24 documents were presented in the court. Besides, statements of 11 witnesses were also recorded. During the hearing in the court, a demand was made to give death sentence to the accused Maulvi. But the judge sentenced him to remain in jail for the rest of his life till his last breath.
