Maruti Suzuki Victoris revealed in India, will be the flagship model for Arena dealership network

Maruti Suzuki Victoris was revealed in the Indian market as the company’s new mid-size SUV. The model is the flagship model offered for Arena dealership network. In the Maruti Suzuki’s SUV line-up, the Victoris fills the gap between Vitara and Brezza. The bookings for Maruti Suzuki Victoris have started in India at just Rs 11,000.
The Maruti Suzuki Victoris is offered in six trims- LXI, VXI, ZXI, ZXI (O), ZXI+, and ZXI+ (O). The Victoris offers some similarity with the Grand Vitara and that includes the engine.
When it comes to design of the SUV, the Victoris offers design elements that are offered in the upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. On the front, the SUV offers massive LED headlights along with slim grille cover and chrome strip. There is also a silver skid plate under the SUV. The wheels are 17-inch alloy wheels with squared-off body cladding, while the pillars are blacked-out. There is ‘Victoris’ lettering on the rear portion of the SUV.
On the inside of the SUV, the Victoris gets a large 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen along with digital driver’s display and three-spoke steering wheel on the right. Seating capacity of the car is 5.
In terms of features, the Maruti Suzuki Victoris gets a wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 8-speaker sound system, powered tailgate and much more. There is leatherette upholstery, automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof, wireless charger and much more.
When it comes to safety features, the Maruti Suzuki Victoris gets six airbags as standard, ABS with EBD, traction control, ISOFIX child seat anchorages and much more. The higher variants of the Victoris get Level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, tyre pressure monitoring system and much more. The SUV has also scored 5-star Bharat NCAP crash safety rating.
The SUV will be offered in Petrol, strong hybrid, and CNG options. There are three powertrains offered in the SUV: 103hp, 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder mild hybrid engine, a strong hybrid setup that includes 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder engine and offers 116hp, and an 89hp, 1.5-litre petrol-CNG option. When it comes to gearbox options, the SUV is offered in 5-speed manual/ 6-speed torque converter/ e-CVT for hybrid. There will also be an option for all-wheel drive configuration.
