Maruti Suzuki launches Nexa Studio showrooms for smaller cities
Automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of Nexa Studio showrooms across the country. The automobile manufacturer has introduced the Nexa studio outlets which are more compact versions of the existing Nexa showrooms. The Nexa Studio outlets are aimed at tier two and tier three cities in India.
As the company introduces a smaller outlet for its existing premium car showroom chain, it is expected to make the brand ‘Nexa’ more prominent. Maruti Suzuki has already revealed that there are 500 Nexa showrooms in India and it has achieved the milestone in just nine years. The car manufacturer has said that approx. 32 percent of the total Nexa sales were from tier two and tier three cities.
As a part of the rollout plan, Maruti wants to introduce 100 Nexa Studio outlets in the smaller towns by the end of this financial year. On the other hand, Phase 1 of the Nexa Studio rollout will include around 30 cities. These Studio outlets will offer sales, service as well as spare facilities for the users. There will also be a two-car display along with a dedicated delivery area for the users. The customer experience of the new Nexa Studio outlets will be the same as that of the bigger Nexa showrooms. The company has mentioned that the Nexa Studio setups will be independent setups and not just a mere extension of the existing Arena outlet present in their city.
In case you do not have an idea about the models offered in the Nexa showroom they are Baleno, Ignis, Fronx, XL6 MPV, Grand Vitara, and the Invicto.
Recently, the company has revealed that the Made in India Fronx that is exported to Japan gets Suzuki’s AllGrip Select AWD tech. This is the first time that the company is offering AWD tech in a Fronx unit (exported version).
