Maruti Suzuki Discount in July 2024: Jimny gets cheaper by up to Rs 3.3 lakh

According to Maruti Suzuki, Jimny has become cheaper by Rs 3.3 lakh this month. Maruti Suzuki Jimny was launched last year to compete with Thar. But, it failed to perform as per expectations. Therefore, the company is offering huge discounts to attract customers and increase its average sales. Now, the company has increased the discount offer.

Maruti Suzuki Jimny is available in two variants, namely, Zeta and Alpha. Talking about discounts, the first variant gets a cash discount of up to Rs 1.75 lakh, while the second variant gets a straight cash discount of up to Rs 1.8 lakh. Apart from this, customers opting for Maruti Suzuki’s finance service can get additional benefits of up to Rs 1.5 lakh. This makes Maruti Jimny worth considering for its heavily discounted price and low waiting period compared to its key rivals.

Now, keep in mind that these offers are temporary and may be more or less depending on the dealership, region and other factors. If bargained effectively, one can get even better discounts than the offers mentioned above. Mechanically, the Jimny has a 1.5-litre petrol engine with full-time 4×4 off-road technology and two gearbox options – a five-speed manual and a four-speed torque converter unit. Notably, India is the first market to get a five-door version of the Jimny while all other markets had a three-door version.
