Many trains passing through Chhattisgarh canceled

Raipur. Lakhs of passengers from Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh traveling by train in Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh have once again suffered a major setback. South East Central Railway has canceled 17 trains, shocking the passengers. Actually, the work of the third line is going on between Bilaspur-Katni of Bilaspur Railway Division. This is the reason why the railways have canceled about 49 trains of this division. Due to the cancellation of so many trains at once, passengers are now having to resort to alternative means of transportation. According to the information received, work is being done rapidly on many projects in South East Central Railway.

Bilaspur-Katni rail line is an important and busy rail route of this railway, which connects to North India. Work is being done in South East Central Railway to improve rail operations and start new trains. For this, construction work of new line is being done. This is the reason why trains have been canceled. 24 trains running for Madhya Pradesh and UP have been canceled on different days from 21 November to 2 December. Earlier also 25 trains have been canceled from 16 to 20 November. These include 16 express and 9 local

trains. This means, a total of 49 trains will be canceled from 16 to 20 November and then from 21 November to 2 December. The reason for the cancellation of trains from 21 November is said to be the work at Naraujabad station in Katni railway line of Bilaspur division. Work will be done to add a third line here.

These trains will remain canceled

11265 Jabalpur-Ambikapur Express running from Jabalpur from 16 November to 19 November 2024 will remain canceled.

11266 Ambikapur-Jabalpur Express running from Ambikapur from 17 November to 20 November 2024 will remain canceled.
