Male nurse assistant molests woman during treatment in Kerala

The alleged incident is of Sunday i.e. 25 June. According to police, a 47-year-old male nurse assistant has been arrested for allegedly molesting a patient at a government taluk hospital in Kannur district.
Police said on Wednesday that the accused has been identified as Daniel, a native of Manathana. The alleged incident is of Sunday i.e. 25 June. The complainant woman had come for treatment at the government taluk hospital in Koothuparamba, where the accused was working as a nursing assistant.
Quoting the 23-year-old woman, the police said that Daniel tried to molest her while he was dressing her wounds. He allegedly spoke to her in an obscene manner and touched her inappropriately. He then lodged a complaint on the state-run helpline number, on the basis of which the police arrested him the very next day after preliminary investigation.
