Malaria Free Chhattisgarh Campaign till 10 July 2023

Malaria Free Chhattisgarh Campaign District Narayanpur Under the National Vector Borne Disease Program, the eighth phase of Malaria Free Chhattisgarh Campaign is being successfully implemented by starting from June 15, 2023 and till July 10, 2023. For this, the total number of survey teams is 145 and the total number of survey team members is 513 and 22 supervisors have been deployed for smooth supervision and monitoring of the work. On arrival of a positive case, entry malaria drugs will be fed by the first dose health worker (first member of the team) immediately in front of him. Where the second and third doses are given under the supervision of Mitanins so that the patient can be completely cured. On June 14, 2023, the campaign related materials were provided by training the survey teams, and from June 15, 2023, the campaign was started from Chhotedogar under the guidance of Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. TR Kunwar.

Apart from this, citizens are motivated for maximum use of antimalarial medicine coated mardani and people are urged to sprinkle antimalarial medicine on the walls of the house. In order to reduce the positivity rate in the target population, a target has been set to bring Malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign to the minimum annual parasite index.
