Make puffed semolina golgappas and spicy water at home

Golgappa is known by different names in different areas of the country. Golgappa is called Panipuri at some places, Puchka at some places, Gupchup at some places and Phulki at some places. Sajji – 200 grams

half teaspoon salt

a pinch of baking soda

40 ml – oil

  • Now take a big bowl. – Mix semolina, baking soda and salt in it. Heat about 40 ml oil and pour it.

After oil, add water to semolina. Knead a soft dough by slowly adding water to the semolina. Mash the semolina flour well with your hands.

  • After kneading the semolina dough, keep it covered for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, if the dough seems too hard then add water and knead it again.

After this, roll small puris from the mixture of flour and semolina. Grind semolina puri. After this keep it covered.
