Ingredients required to make Dosa –
2 cups condensed milk
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/4 cup flour
salt to taste, salt to taste

Pour the stale milk into a large bowl. – Add rice flour, semolina flour and all purpose flour and mix well.
In the next step, add salt and mix. This prepares smooth dough. If the batter seems too thick then dilute it by adding a little water.
If you have time, let the dosa paste sit for a few hours or overnight.
- Place the non-stick dosa pan on the gas and keep it on medium flame.
- After the vessel is hot, sprinkle some water on it and wipe it with a handkerchief or cloth. Then add dosa batter and spread it.
Sprinkle ghee on the edges and surface of the dosa. Cook the dosa for 1-2 minutes.
Then give it back. To make masala dosa, you can also add potato masala in the middle or leave it as is.
