Ludhiana: 35-year-old bike rider dies in accident

Ludhiana: Baljinder Singh, a resident of Killan Hash Village in Ludhiana, filed a complaint with the Sadar police that when his 35-year-old son Gurmeet Singh was returning home on his motorcycle, a Mahindra Bolero pickup vehicle (registration number PB 13 BA 0978) driven by Rinku hit his motorcycle, following which Gurmeet got injured. Gurmeet succumbed while undergoing treatment at the Civil Hospital. A case has been registered under various sections of the BNS against Rinku, who is absconding.
