Life Style: Make fruit filled Laccha Pakora on your Monday

Life Style Lifestyle: The second Monday of Sawan is on 29th July. Shiva devotees observe Sawan Monday fast and offer water to Shivling. In most of the houses, the whole family is observing fast. In such a situation, what to do with those fruit foods which everyone can eat easily and which everyone likes? During the fast, you can make Lakha Pakora. It is very easy to make and you can make many pakoras at once. Also write a simple recipe of fruit green chutney.

Ingredients of Fruit Lakha Pakora

2-3 large potatoes

1-2 water chestnuts

Finely chopped coriander leaves

2-3 green chillies finely chopped

Rock salt to taste

Cumin powder one teaspoon

Two teaspoons lemon juice

Vegetable oil or ghee for frying.

Lakha Pakora Fruit Recipe

  • First of all, peel the potatoes and wash them well. – Then cut them into thin shapes. Cut thin, long pieces of potatoes with the help of a knife or blade.
    Dip these potato pieces in water and wash them three to four times.

Leave them in water for five minutes. Then drain well and keep aside.

Place all the mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle dry water chestnut flour on top.

  • Then add rock salt to taste, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chilies, crushed black pepper, finely chopped ginger and two teaspoons of lemon juice.

Put some water in your hands and mix it with your fingers. So that the water chestnut flour spreads well on all the sticks and rods.

  • Now heat a good amount of oil or ghee in a pan.

The oil in the pan should be so hot that when you put it in the oil, those strands will open and come up.

If the oil is cold then the pakoras will stick. Just put them in hot oil, brown them, take them out hot and serve with crispy lachcha pakoras. Green Fruit Chutney Recipe.

To make the fruity green chutney, add equal amounts of coriander and mint in a blender bowl. Add green chillies and lemon juice. Add salt as per taste and chop. If you want, you can also add some roasted cumin seeds. Grind all of these and the fruity green chutney is ready. Enjoy the green chutney with wax pakodas.
