Let us pledge to protect nature: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin

Tamil Nadu : Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has said that we will remain committed to protecting nature.

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on June 5 with the aim of raising awareness about the environment around the world.

More and more trees should be planted to preserve and protect the environment. Trees are important not only for humans but also for the safety of birds and animals. Keeping this in mind, plants are planted in view of Environment Day. This year the theme of this day is ‘Let’s eliminate plastic pollution’, under which programs like cycle rally, awareness programs and tree plantation are being organized.

In such a situation, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has said that we will remain committed to protecting the nature that supports us.

In this regard, he said in an X-page post, “Let us pledge to protect the nature that supports us, and not pollute it for our comfort!”
