Land owners were delighted after getting ownership cards

Mahasamund. Today, in the ownership card distribution program, the faces of the house owners and land owners who were living without the title deed for years lit up after getting the ownership card. Expressing happiness on getting the ownership card, they thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai Government. Amazing happiness was visible on the faces of Inderman, Budharu Sahu, Sakharam Dhruv of village Parasatti under Mahasamund development block.

25 such land owners received ownership cards from Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. Congratulating the beneficiaries, the Chief Minister garlanded them and provided ownership cards. Such beneficiaries Inderman Dhruv and Budharu Sahu told that they were living in village Parasatti for about 23-30 years. But due to not getting ownership rights till date, they were deprived of taking benefits of many schemes for many generations. Today we have got the actual ownership rights, in the true sense, today we have become the owners of the house. We are living with our families. It is a big gift for our families too. Inderman got the land ownership rights of 98.35 square meter house.

Similarly, Budharu Sahu has got the land ownership rights of 58.22 square meters. Sakharam Dhruv, who has been farming in a 511.46 square meter field for about 30 years, was overjoyed. He said that today I have got the ownership rights of the land. This will help them to use their property as a financial asset and get a loan. All the beneficiaries have thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai for this innovative scheme.
