Laborer’s daughter Payal gets Rs 1 lakh aid

Raipur. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the Chhattisgarh government is running several schemes for the betterment of workers and their families. Through these schemes, financial help is being provided continuously to improve the social and economic condition of workers.
In this connection, the children of workers registered under the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, who come in the top ten under the scheme Mukhyamantri Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana, operated under the Labor Department, are benefited with an incentive amount of Rs 1,00,000 (one lakh rupees). The labor officer said that Mrs. Sita Bai, a resident of village Kumharikala of Bamhnidih development block of Janjgir Champa district, was registered in the Reza Kuli category under the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board operated by the Labor Department. Sita Bai’s first daughter Payal Kumari Raj has secured 6th position in the merit list in class 10th of the Secondary Education Board Raipur.
Under this scheme, in a programme organised at the New Circuit House, Civil Line, Raipur, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, Labour Minister Lakhanlal Devangan and Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Chairman, Payal Kumari Raj was given the benefit of Rs. 1,00,000 (one lakh rupees) as incentive assistance through a cheque.
