Kullu: Mr., Miss KVS crowned at school farewell party

Himachal Pradesh: A freshers-cum-farewell party was organised for the academic session 2025-26 at Kullu Valley School (KVS) in Verma Cottage on Monday. Principal Sanjeev Bhardwaj said that such occasions are more than just a celebration and serve as a platform to strengthen bonds between students. He said, “This party symbolizes continuity in school life. While we are bidding farewell to a batch that has made a huge contribution to our legacy, we also welcome a new group of students who will carry forward this legacy.” A major highlight of the programme was the announcement of Mr. KVS and Miss KVS for 2025-26.

Kartikeshwar Singh was awarded the title of Mr. KVS for his confidence, leadership qualities, and consistent participation in academic and co-curricular activities. Kritika Tharmani was crowned Miss KVS for her grace, articulate expression, and outstanding involvement in academic and cultural pursuits. The Principal congratulated both students and said they exemplified the institution’s ethos. He said, “Being excellent at Kullu Valley School isn’t just about academics. It includes character, responsibility, creativity, and the ability to inspire others. Both Kartikeswar and Kritika demonstrated these qualities.” In the evening, students gave a captivating cultural performance, showcasing their artistic talent and passion. Speeches from the outgoing batch added an emotional touch. The formal program concluded with a DJ session and lunch.
